Another shot from the Next Of Kin shoot at Hot Ticket Pub in Clearwater. It’s a cool little club… decent atmosphere, an intimate setting. However, it’s BYOL. ‘Bring Your Own Lights.’ To say it’s dark is an understatement. Still, it’s not really the type of place where you haul out the big stage lights and fog machines. So to get that big on-stage look for the shoot, we threw a few strobes on stands and placed them roughly where the stage lights would be (if there were stage lights).

It took a little trial and error to get the ratios just right!
